Healthy for you and our planet

Our avs are firm, but are still smashable with a fork. Here’s what isn’t smashable with a fork though: Our very firm belief that producing off-the-chart quality is more than just growing delicious plant-based alternatives that sustain us. They should sustain the planet too. That’s why we installed an irrigation system that saves water and installed solar panels. Plus, we  continually improve the way we work with the existing ecosystem to nurture the local biodiversity.
