Recipe Policy layout and ideas

NOTE: Only attempt the recipes if you feel avocado is a good fit for each recipe, as avocado must be an ingredient in all of our recipes (pretty obvious hey!) The recipe list is subject to change. We will update the list and send it to you as needed.

Backdrops to photos

We aim to keep the “Farm kitchen Style” in our recipe theme. An earthy backdrop, not using a full kitchen backdrop unless it is farm like or natural. Since Covid19 lock down came in, I believe we are going for a little more “our home chef foodie recipes” not just farm kitchen! We are wanting a mixture of plain backdrops and others with staged backdrops.

Please note: If Recipe is truly to be of a Type: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, etc.

Since we cannot name brand products, you might have to be generic; Please state the ingredient to be used/bought as:

Gluten-free flour
Dairy-free cheese

OR more informative listings;

Almond Flour
Nutritional Yeast
(1 cup almond milk or dairy-free milk of choice)

Images and Video specifications

Image Size (all 3)	Video Resolution (A or B)
1. Original size	A. 720p (1280×720) max
2. 720px Width (Height unrestricted)	B. 480p (720×480)
3. 200px square (for thumbnails)

The Recipe Policy Contract will have the minimum and maximum number of images required. If unsure how to create 720px and 200px images, the original images will be fine.

Sending the images & videos

A cloud service, like Onedrive, Dropbox, etc, is the preferred method of sending the files.

If needing to send via email, it is preferred you create a single ZIP file containing the images & Recipe Layout Template document. Any videos can be sent as is. This will help our Recipe co-ordinator from saving every single image separately. If either of our email systems cannot handle the filesize of the ZIP file or videos (ie to large), please contact your Recipe co-ordinator for an alternative way of sending.
