
Avocado Face Mask - A rich, moisturising face with a gentle exfoliation that leaves your skin hydrated and silky smooth

Ingredients List
½ Avocado - mashed
1 tbsp Oatmeal (or Rolled Oats in the food processor)
1 tbsp raw Honey

Combine all 3 ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth.

Apply liberally to face and neck and leave it on for 10 – 15 minutes. Use circular motions with your fingers.

Gently exfoliate your skin just before it’s time to rinse off with a warm towel and water.
