Avocado Hummus - Smooth and creamy avocado dip or a filling to your flat bread or kebab

Ingredients List

 500 g cooked Chick Peasor 2 x 400g tin cans
 2 Avocados - peeled, seeded & roughly chopped
 1 Lemon - juiced
 2 Garlic cloves - finely chopped
 1 tbsp Tahini
 of Salt & Pepper
Serving Options
 Top with a sprinkle of Smokey Paprika / Chilli flakes / Cumin and Olive Oil
 Carrot sticks, celery sticks, corn chips or add to your favourite wrap, Lebanese bread or kebab

Method

Add avocado, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and tahini to a food processor/blender.

Blend on high for 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Push down sides with a spoon to ensure no lumps and then blend again.

Spoon into serving dish and enjoy your favourtite way
