Mandi's homemade Hummus

Blitz garlic in a blender, scrape down the sides.

Add all the rest of the ingredients into the blender.

To serve: drizzle some olive oil on top.
Salad mix

* Julienne the Carrots & Beetroot * Dice the Cucumber * Half the Grape Tomatoes * Slice Avocado

Place chunks of Hummus around the salad mix.

To Dress: 1. Top with the Alfalfa 2. Sprinkling the Nutritional Yeast and balsamic vinegar.

(optional) - Sprinkle smoked paprika.
