Lemon pepper sweet lip fish with salad

Sweetlip fish, miso sauce salad

Avocado, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, crunchy fried noodles, Lebanese cucumber, painted sweet lip fish with lemon and pepper seasoning, drizzled with Japanese miso sauce.

Ingredients List

 200 g Fresh wild caught painted sweet lip fish
 ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes
 ½ diced Lebanese cucumber
 ½ Avocado
  cup sliced Feta cheese
  cup Crunchy fried noodles
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 Packet of lemon pepper seasoning
 Drizzle of Japanese miso sauce

Method

Heat frypan on medium heat

Simply coat fish lightly with lemon & pepper seasoning

Shallow pan fry in olive oil ... approx. 3 minutes each side

Decorate salad on plate and add cherry tomatoes, Lebanese cucumber, Avocado. Sprinkle feta and fried noodles on top.

Place cooked sweet lip on plate

Drizzle Japanese Miso sauce
