
A Mexican style smashed avocado dip -- perfect for a topping on Chilli Con Carne, Nachos or Tacos!
Ingredients List
1 large smashed Avocado
¼ fresh Lemon slice (remove seeds)
1 tsp Hot Sriracha
Salt & Pepper
Method

1. Smash the one large avocado
2. Squeeze the fresh lemon slice over (seeds removed)

Mix in the hot sriracha

Add salt and pepper to taste

Whip together until smooth and creamy
- serve on top of Mexican dish!
