Oven roasted Mexican chickpeas, coleslaw, mock Chick'n pieces, iceberg lettuce and of course our favourite avocado.

Ingredients List

For the Mexican Flavoured Chickpeas:
 1 tin of Chickpeas
 1 tsp Smoked paprika
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 tsp Onion powder
 Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Coleslaw:
 Pre-chopped bag of Coleslaw
 Magonnaise or Veganaise of choice
Others:
 1 or 2 Iceberg lettuce leaves
 1 tsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Soy sauce
 1 NEXT! Plant based chick'n n chunks
Mock chicken is fake chicken - made of plant ingredients where flavour and texture mimic taste and appearance of real chicken

Method

Chickpeas

Rinse and drain and add to a mixing bowl.

Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pinch of salt and pepper.

Place on a baking tray and oven roast for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Coleslaw

Mix pre-chopped bag of coleslaw with Mayonnaise or Veganaise of choice in a mixing bowl.

Others:

Chop ice burg lettuce, rinse and place in a bowl ready to present.

Pan fry the Chick’n pieces in a teaspoon of olive oil until seared. Add a dash of soy sauce for flavour once seared.
